VoiceG is a local social community for people older than 18. These Terms include our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Community Guidelines. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. Your agreement with VoiceG
These Terms govern your use of VoiceG, provided by the developer identified on VoiceG’s App Store product page (“VoiceG,” “we,” or “us”). By selecting Agree or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
You must be older than 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account and age information, protect your sign-in credentials, and do not let other people use your account. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.
2. License to the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use VoiceG on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules, including applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchase access. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app except where law permits.
This agreement is between you and VoiceG, not Apple. VoiceG handles app support, claims, and intellectual-property complaints; Apple has no support duty. For a failure of an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the app purchase price; Apple has no further warranty obligation to the extent law permits. Apple and its subsidiaries are beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it. Follow applicable third-party service terms and export restrictions; you represent that you are not in a prohibited embargoed territory or on a prohibited-party list.
3. Voice Map and Community
VoiceG lets you explore City Echoes, share local stories and everyday experiences, and publish text, photos, and voice posts in Community. You may tap Resonance, reply to posts, and connect through shared interests, local experiences, and connection preferences.
VoiceG displays a city or approximate area rather than your device’s precise location to other users. Do not include your home address, live whereabouts, or another person’s private information in public posts. You decide what to share and whom to connect with. VoiceG does not guarantee another user’s identity, intentions, availability, or compatibility.
4. Voice Rooms
A City Echo’s creator may open a related Voice Room once that Echo meets the required Resonance and reply criteria shown in the app. Standalone Voice Rooms cannot be created. Each room supports up to eight participants, with no more than four speakers at a time.
Participants may listen, request to speak, follow users, and send connection requests. You can leave a room or mute your microphone at any time. Respect the host’s controls and everyone’s privacy. Do not record or redistribute another person’s voice without their permission and any consent required by law. VoiceG does not save full room recordings after a room ends.
5. Echo Coins and purchases
- Each new user may publish their first three voice posts for free. After those posts are used, additional voice posts require Echo Coins. The required amount is shown before publishing.
- Coins are deducted only after a voice post is published successfully. Cancelled or unsuccessful posts do not use coins.
- Listening, browsing, tapping Resonance, and other community interactions are free. Any separate eligible digital feature that uses coins must show its cost before you confirm it.
- Echo Coins are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. They are usable only for eligible digital features in VoiceG, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and do not expire.
- A purchase does not excuse a violation of these Terms. Prices and purchase details are shown before confirmation. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple’s purchase-support process, subject to applicable consumer rights. Nothing here removes rights granted by law.
6. Community Guidelines and prohibited conduct
These rules cover profiles, introductions, City Echoes, Community posts, replies, private messages, and Voice Rooms. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior, including:
- Child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, or conduct that puts children at risk.
- Pornography, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or solicitation of illegal sexual services.
- Threats, violence, bullying, stalking, harassment, hate, or discriminatory abuse.
- Scams, impersonation, spam, manipulation of Resonance, or misinformation likely to cause harm.
- Publishing private information or precise locations without permission; recording others without consent; violating copyright or other rights.
- Illegal activity, attempts to bypass safety controls, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service.
7. Your content and moderation
You retain your rights in content you share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to post it. You grant VoiceG a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service according to its audience settings and to enforce these Terms.
VoiceG may review content and reports, remove or limit violating content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may lead to a ban. Reporting and blocking tools help you raise concerns and avoid unwanted interactions. Reports are assessed in context; a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
If you believe a moderation action was incorrect or your rights were infringed, contact the developer through the App Support contact listed on VoiceG’s App Store product page. Include the relevant content or account details, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
8. Privacy, safety, and account closure
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. Do not pressure people to share personal details, send money, or meet. If you choose to meet someone, use your own judgment and a public place.
You may stop using VoiceG at any time and request account deletion through the developer’s support contact. Account closure ends access to account features. Content and records are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you have unused Echo Coins, contact support before closing your account; coins cannot be cashed out or transferred.
9. Availability, responsibility, and changes
Features may be updated, limited, or interrupted for maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service or guarantee user-generated content. Each user is responsible for their own posts and conduct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory laws and remedies that apply where you live continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as VoiceG changes. Material changes will be brought to your attention, with renewed acceptance when required. The date above identifies this version.
10. Contact
For support, safety, license, account, or privacy questions, use the developer’s App Support contact on VoiceG’s App Store product page. The developer identified there is responsible for VoiceG.
